Joshua Sidoti resides in his hometown of Farmington, CT. He graduated Magna Cum Lade from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Business Marketing. With this education path, he was introduced to the world of finance. It was a field that intrigued him from the beginning. He was fortunate enough to have a father who has been in the mortgage industry since 1993 and who started his own company back in 1997.
Growing up he was always in and out of his father’s office, helping him with small projects, and learning small bits about his career. During the summer, going into his sophomore year of college, he began working with him. Over the past four years, he has grown from “the boss’s son” who was painting and landscaping around the office to the company’s senior processor and its youngest loan officer. The idea of helping borrowers with the largest investment of their lives drew him to want to learn the ins and outs of this industry so that he can help people find their dream home. It fueled him to soak up all the information he could from his father and surrounding loan officers. With over sixty years of experience in the office he has been fortunate enough to absorb a vast array of industry knowledge. His four years of processing experience ensure that each file he takes in his name is providing his borrowers with the finest experience in the most
